Location: Concord, NH

Sim Center Highlights:We have just built a new Health Education Building on campus which includes a new 8 bed Clinical Resource Center and 3 simulation suites with a control room. We have 2 SimMan and 6 Vital Sim/Heart Sim mannequins. We use the NLN Scenarios in our simulations as well as faculty developed scenarios.

Name of Sim Center: Health Simulation Unit
Location: Sidney, Australia
Sim Center HighlightsAcross 2 campuses and offering close to 13,000
square feet of space, the Faculty's labs house a range of simulators and
task trainers. These include SimMan, 20+ adult and  paediatric manikins,
Prompt birthing simulator/ birthing trainers, Virtual IV and METI ECS.
Recording is enabled via IP ceiling mounted cameras and streamed to selected
rooms.

New York - Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing

Name of Sim Center: Learning Resource Center 
Location: New York, NY

Sim Center Highlights: The Nursing Skills Laboratory, located on the Brookdale campus, offers an environment to practice fundamental medical techniques for undergraduate students.  The Nursing Lab plays a key role in the physical assessment component of the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.  The main part of the lab has 3 rooms: an instructional demonstration area, the Joyce M. Hope Lab, which is a simulated hospital floor consisting of 10 patient bed units, and a separate model of an ambulatory care unit with 5 fully equipped patient stations.  The Joyce M. Hope Lab was a recent addition to the Nursing Lab provided by alumni fundraising efforts.  The Nursing Lab also houses the Viola Shiffrin Advanced Practice Lab, with 7 fully equipped assessment stations and a small conference area with complete internet and AV instructional capabilities.
