It was a very interesting study with wonderful ideas on how to incorporate simulation into the curriculum. We currently have simulation in all We are now looking at using the "Debriefing for Meaningful Learning" and also evaluating student behavior during the simulations. We looked at the simulation methods discussed in the study and find that most items are addressed well in our school, although of course some can be improved upon. There were some items - such as student to faculty ratio - that are not able to be changed at this time. The evaluation tool was interesting and still up for discussion. Currently considering using that as a summative evaluation, with a different one for formative evaluation. Any one else?
