Hello everyone,

I have an opportunity to get involved with a state of the art high fidelity simulation lab. My background is in nursing education and critical care, and I've been an acute care NP for 9 years working in a hospital setting. I'm very interested in simulation, and from what I have learned so far, it sounds really fun and challenging.

For those working in simulation, what is the best and worst part of your job? Would you recommend this as a area of specialization? Are there opportunities for career growth/advancement? Thank you.
