Information Collection and Use
The National League for Nursing & Laerdal Medical Corporation (henceforth referred to as the SIRC) have established its Internet Website and E-Commerce capabilities to facilitate easy access to information about products and services, and to simplify order placement and follow-up.

Information that you willingly provide to the SIRC is collected and stored for the specific purposes outlined below. As the sole owner of information collected on this site, the SIRC takes responsibility for its management quite seriously. All information is protected against unauthorized access.

Note: The SIRC will not sell, share, rent or otherwise provide this information to others, nor will the SIRC retain or use the information in ways or for reasons that differ from those set forth below.

Account Registration:
In order to use the discussion forums, courses and online ordering, you must first complete the registration process and create an account. The contact information you provide, e.g., name and e-mail address, will be used to inform you about site updates and services for which you have expressed interest.

Ordering Courses:
To place an online order, you provide the same contact and financial information as is required for orders placed by other means, i.e., mail, phone or facsimile (fax). Your credit card information will NOT be stored in our databases. But such information, e.g., name and address, is collected, retained and used for the following purposes:

• Billing your orders for merchandise or services
• Advising you of fulfillment delays or difficulties in processing your order
• Communicating important product alerts or safety notifications to you
• Filing

Communication Policy:
From time to time the SIRC may email you information regarding site updates and promotions.  You may remove yourself from future emails simply by replying to the email and typing "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Requests to be unsubscribed can also be sent by clicking here. 

Updates and Inquiries:
If you feel that the SIRC is not abiding by its posted privacy policy, please contact us at info@sirc.nln.org. If you wish to update your address or contact information that is presently on file, you may logon to your account and make changes at anytime.
