Salaries and Number of Staff

Our sim center, like many of yours is growing by LEAPS and BOUNDS. We are trying to keep up. A couple of issues that I am having right now is some sort of real sense as to where we are in relation to what all of you are doing in your centers in regards to personnel ratios and salaries.

We want to keep our salaries for sim center personnel competitive with others, so if you are willing to share a salary range for the following job titles:

-director
-clinical staff personnel (RN or otherwise)
-technical support staff or sim tech
-reception
-other

Also, can you give me an idea as to how big your center is and what your staff mix is when you are planning reservations.

And finally, can you tell me if your center is in an urban, suburban or rural setting.

I would be most grateful.

Jack,
Have you heard back from anyone on this topic? We too are in the growing phase. Our Sim Center only as a Simulation Technician (Salary is $48k, but that should be increasing because of his continuous training). We are in the process of looking at a Director, as well as a Simulation Specialist and am very interesting in what others are doing/paying, etc. If you hear from anyone, would you mind sharing?
thanks
