We purchased a Sim Xpress (mobile audio/video unit) this past January. We received 8 hours of free training on the unit when we bought it and I recently attended a free 2 day conference on EMS products. The company has good customer service. We have some "bugs" in the system and they have corrected these with an upgraded software which is free to all. We will begin using this unit this fall.
