central line dressing change

Any good ideas for students to practice central line dressing changes?  We have been using plastic plates with a triple lumen pushed through.  We are looking for something more realistic but still cost sensitive!

It is much more realistic to have them change it on a manikin either full body or even half torso. It can be a static manikin or simulator. You can place a triple lumen line easily on any chest that can be pierced where the central line can be placed. I have even sutured the line in place. This provides a more realistic situation for dressing changes and can be included in a simulation experience. I suggest you not use povidone iodine because it stains but a dsg change with simulated swab sticks.
