A very interesting topic to research about proficient to expert. I am a novice in simulation. I just completed my doctoral study my research questions focused on whether instruction using high-fidelity simulation affected practical learning, critical thinking skills, and NCLEX performance potential. Scores from the Assessment Technologies Institute content mastery series test (maternal newborn module) were used to examine students’ knowledge related to pregnancy-induced hypertension, placental abruption, and postpartum hemorrhage. I want to grow with simulation and loved to have a mentor to move me in the right direction.
